These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and pd3333 (referred to as "pd3333", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the pd3333 website located at https://pd3333.app, including all associated services, products, features, content, and tools made available therein.

By accessing the pd3333 platform, creating a user account, or placing any wager whether on sports markets or casino products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.2 Registration Process

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. pd3333 reserves the right to verify this information at any point and to suspend or close accounts where discrepancies are identified.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the pd3333 platform. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pd3333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation where duplicate accounts are detected.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pd3333 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify pd3333 immediately via the contact channel published on the platform if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pd3333 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed by pd3333 within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times vary by payment method. 3.4 Refused and Returned Transactions

pd3333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or connected to money laundering activity; (b) the payment method used does not match the verified account holder's identity; (c) a chargeback or dispute has been raised in connection with a previous transaction; or (d) the transaction conflicts with applicable regulatory requirements. 4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a wager is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked and will not be altered by subsequent market movements.

4.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

A wager is only valid and binding once pd3333 has issued a confirmation bearing a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or platform error occurring before confirmation is issued, the wager will be treated as void and any staked amount returned to the account balance. pd3333 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the market.

4.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games available on pd3333 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win products — use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the individual game information panel. By participating in any casino game, you acknowledge and accept that the house edge is a normal and disclosed feature of all casino products.

4.4 Maximum Payout Limits

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pd3333 actively monitors accounts for behaviour indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional mechanics through low-risk hedging strategies; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and providing false information to qualify for restricted offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, pd3333 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, recalculate or forfeit winnings generated from abusive play, and close the account without further notice.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered user of pd3333 you agree to: use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes; provide accurate and current information to pd3333 at all times; comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; and treat pd3333 staff and other users with respect through any communication channel.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pd3333 platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform's software, algorithms, or RNG systems.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sports betting product.
• Exploiting platform errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place wagers at manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited activity as defined in these Terms may result in one or more of the following actions at pd3333's sole discretion: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all bonus balances; withholding of withdrawals pending investigation; reversal of winnings generated through prohibited conduct; and reporting of relevant account activity to applicable authorities where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pd3333 platform — including but not limited to the pd3333 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game presentation, odds data, software, and compilations of information — is the intellectual property of pd3333 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content from the pd3333 platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, mirrored, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pd3333.

Game content, including all slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and branded game elements, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studio providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). pd3333 operates these products under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party studio content.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Accuracy of Information

Players are responsible for verifying any information material to their betting decisions before placing a wager.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pd3333's aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pd3333 shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pd3333's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
